Neal Schaffer is a leader in helping businesses and professionals strategically maximize their use of social media. Neal is the author of three social media books, including the recently published definitive book on social media strategy Maximize Your Social. Forbes has listed him as a Top 50 Social Media Power Influencer two years in a row, and his blog Maximize Social Business is considered a leading social media for business blog. Neal provides social media strategy consulting and coaching, having worked with Fortune 500 companies and a Grammy-award winning musician. He has presented worldwide on social media at more than 150 events and also teaches social media marketing at Rutgers University.



Mike Lorelli's background includes two assignments as a PepsiCo division president. He has been on the Boards of three publicly held companies, and chaired three Compensation Committees. He has also served on 7 private Boards. He is presently on the Boards of CP Kelco, iControl, Rita's Franchise Company, and Axxun. He has an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business, and a Bachelor of Engineering from NYU's School of Engineering and Science. Mike is Masters level certified at both NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors), and The American College of Corporate Directors (CDG). He is presently an Operating Partner at Falconhead Capital, and Chairman of the Board of Rita's Italian Ices


Jim Durbin is the Vice President of Digital for Brandstorming, an interactive B2B marketing firm. An in-demand speaker on the intersection of marketing and recruiting, Jim has trained over 9,000 recruiters and executives on using digital tools like LinkedIn and Facebook. Originally known as the Social Media Headhunter, he has worked with Experts Connection for almost a decade. Prior to starting his first social media company in 2006, Jim was a top performer as a sales executive for national staffing firms. Jim is a graduate of Washington and Lee University and lives in Dallas.
